• EIN: stored encrypted and only used to verify business identity. Never displayed publicly.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe only — Local Pro never stores full card details.
• Usage data: basic analytics like pages viewed, searches, and listing interactions.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide and operate the Local Pro directory and related services.
• Send transactional emails (account, billing, verification, review notifications).
• Improve the platform — fix bugs, add features, and enhance search quality.
• Detect fraud, abuse, and policy violations.

3. What We Share

We never sell your data. We share only what's required to operate the service:

• Stripe — to process subscription billing.
• Supabase — to store account, business, and review data.
• Law enforcement when legally required.

We use basic session cookies required to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

6. Data Retention

Account data is deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request. Some records may be retained longer where required by law (e.g., tax or fraud prevention).
